This is my Friday call for help...as taken from an e-mail I just wrote:

"I'm not a coffee drinker...I've got all of the excitement and energy I'm ever gonna need (but refuse to say the phrase "high on life" after a bad,
middle school DARE program incident). But everyone in this office drinks it, so I thought I would give it a try. At last count, I think I'm typing up to
150 words per minute and my rapid fire speaking skills are up to, um, somewhere near "fast as a thai hooker." That's paraphrased from a movie, of
course. I love thai people...they taste like chicken.

I guess I'm writing to find out a "McGyver-style" was of coming down off this stuff. Any helpful hints?"
